Hiking
One thing I love about living where we do now is that we don't have to go very far to enjoy scenery like this:
Katie and I fell a little behind the rest of the family on our hike. See? There they are. Katie wasn't too sure about getting dirty. The boys were thrilled with the sticks they found. (One was even pre-whittled!) We ate our picnic as the rain started. I love fall!
Gorgeous leaves! I'm afraid we won't get much of any leaf color changes this year. We've had a bit of a drought lately and then the wind storm of Ike really damaged a lot of trees and leaves. *sigh* I guess I will have to come back and look at your pictures periodically to remind me what it should look like around here... :)
Because we're suckers for free food. Last Halloween, Chipotle ran a promotion offering a free burrito for anyone who came in dressed as a menu item. Notice the high-tech costumes. If you look closely, you can see our favorite style of burrito hand-written on the foil -- just like a real Chipotle burrito!
