Katie and I fell a little behind the rest of the family on our hike.

Katie wasn't too sure about getting dirty.
The boys were thrilled with the sticks they found. (One was even pre-whittled!)
We ate our picnic as the rain started.
I love fall!

Gorgeous leaves! I'm afraid we won't get much of any leaf color changes this year. We've had a bit of a drought lately and then the wind storm of Ike really damaged a lot of trees and leaves. *sigh* I guess I will have to come back and look at your pictures periodically to remind me what it should look like around here... :)
